iQ Brooklyn presents an attractive student accommodation investment opportunity
Buy-to-let investors looking for good returns should look no further than iQ Brooklyn, the new upmarket student accommodation with apartments priced below R1 million. On short-term rentals, it is possible to achieve daily rates of R600 per night for studio units, R800 for one bedrooms and R1 000 for two bedroom units.
